Depending on the item you purchase, it will be fulfilled according to product availability. For example, if you order two 100ct boxes of diabetes glucose test strips, you may receive four boxes of 50ct. You may receive different combinations of box counts (25, 50 & 100) that equal the amount you order. Products may be regular over the counter retail, but they also may be marked Mail Order or Not For Retail Sale on the box. The box may look slightly different, but the supplies inside are identical.
